What is a male breast reduction ?

An estimated 30 to 40 percent of all males (and 60-70% of adolescent boys) have varying degrees of excessive breast development. Unfortunately, adult males often exhibit permanent enlargement. Dr. Hakki has a solution to this problem.

The goal in a male breast reduction is to remove most, if not all of the breast. Dr. Hakki uses a technique of liposuction called Ultrasound-Assisted Liposuction. The ultrasound technology helps emulsify fat and works particular well in denser tissues present in male breasts. The thermal effects of ultrasound even help to contract the loose skin, providing a skin tightening approach.
