I decided to go to dr. Hakki for my breast augmentation because I heard only great things about him and the outcome of his surgeries. the day of my surgery, I was very nervous but anxious because it was something I wanted for a long time. I couldn't believe it was happening. Everyone was very nice to me, so that definitely made me feel more comfortable. Right after my surgery I woke up feeling great. I was stretching my arms, and couldn't stop talking. I felt no pain because of the anesthesia. I wanted fuller, larger breasts that looked natural, and after a month when the swelling went down, it was exactly what I wanted and more.
I am extremely happy with the results. People come up to me and tell me I have amazing breasts, but none of them ask me if I had work done. :) My parents were against the whole procedure, but after seeing my results and the change in my confidence, they realized that it made me happier and they were ok with it. How and why you decided to use Dr. Hakki and our practice?
I was doing a Google search and came across Drs' Markmann, Rodriguez, and Hakki. I looked at the before and after pics, certifications, patient reviews, and experience l liked DR Hakki's results the best. During my appt Dr Hakki showed me a video and did a drawing of what I was to expect this helped me in my final decision.
How did you feel the day of your procedure?
I was anxious, excited, and nervous .
How did you feel immediately after your procedure?
I don't remember much I just know I felt safe I remember Dr. Hakki being there and more people I didn't know who but he personally helped me to my car with my friend who took care of me.

The beginning of your journey:
How and why you decided to use Dr. Hakki and our practice?
Prior to relocating to Maryland in July 2011, I consulted with several surgeons over an eight year period to inquire about abdominoplasty surgery. I visited clinics that were very well known, surgeons recommended by close friends, and also military installations. I never felt comfortable with any of the surgeons so, I took a break for about 3-4 years. Finally, I spoke with a neighbor who had undergone a procedure with Dr. Hakki and she gave him rave reviews. Initially I was skeptical because I didn’t want to get my hopes up and start the journey over again. Well, my husband and I consulted with Dr. Hakki and immediately we knew he was the doctor to perform this procedure.
My first visit was like meeting the person who would change my life forever.
How did you feel the day of your procedure?
I can honestly say that I was nervous because I had never gone through a surgical procedure before, but that only lasted until I reached the facility. Once I arrived and was greeted by the staff and Dr. Hakki,
I felt like I was surrounded by the best caregivers in the world.
How did you feel immediately after your procedure?
I don’t remember a lot immediately following the surgery, but I know I didn’t experience any discomfort the day of surgery. Dr. Hakki ensured my husband had all the necessary items needed to make sure I had a comfortable night.
Post Surgery:
WOW!!! I feel amazing. I returned to work in 6 days without pain, strain or discomfort. The only thing I regret was not meeting Dr. Hakki sooner. I could have had the surgery years ago, but I don’t feel I would have been as comfortable or pleased with the results of any other surgeon.
What feedback did you receive from your friends and family?
My husband is the happiest man alive. He has always loved me no matter what, but now I feel like genie out of a bottle when I walk into the room. He compliments me all the time and he has actually starting shopping for me and buying those sexy items I have avoided for years. My friends and family constantly compliment me on my waistline and how my clothes fit my body. I have worn my shirts outside of my pants for years because I wasn’t comfortable with my stomach. Now, I wear everything tucked in and I look amazing.

An Interview with a Luxxery Patient
The beginning of your journey:
How and why you decided to use Dr. Hakki and our practice?
I found 2 Smart Lipo doctors in the area (one in Annapolis, one in Bowie) I went to visit there office and didn't feel comfortable. My daughter later said to me how is it going finding a doctor Mom. I said still looking for a Smart Lipo doctor close by and she said you should try Dr. Hakki in waldorf. I said to her how do you of know of him and she said that Dr. Hakki came in the Message Envy for a massage and he had a great personality and his spirit was warm. She told him that her Mom was looking to do Smart Lipo and Dr. Hakki said tell your Mom to call me she will be much happier with my Lipo procedure vs the smat Lipo and left Cayla a card for me. I called the office and made a appt. Went in for my office visit the next week. My visit with Dr. Hakki was very comfortable and straight forward on the procedure and the results that I was looking to receive from surgery. As my daughter said awesome personality and a very warm spirit is what I felt. Not only from him but all the staff was very accommodating to my needs and very positive to my feelings and what I was try to accomplish from surgery. I instantly felt right at home.... :-)
How did you feel the day of your procedure?
I felt excited and and very nurtured by the staff that prepared me for surgery. Dr Hakki came in the office and was very positive and greeted me and my family and explained what he was going to do and said everything will be okay see you in a bit. My sister and my daughter and I said our goodbyes and hugged and kissed and I was ready for the new me that was about to be created.
How did you feel immediately after your procedure?
All I remember is I wanted to hug everyone! :-)
Post Surgery:
How did you feel a month later?
I felt great! It felt good being able to wear shirts that have a snug fit around the waist line. My pants fit good around the hips and butt with plenty of room around my waistline. No more muffin top! :-) I am very pleased my my results.
What feedback did you receive from your friends and family?
Everyone has stated "Wow" you have lost weight..... You look great!!! My sisters said Dr. Hakki did a wonderful job. A few guys at work stated loosing the weight around my waist area makes my butt look bigger ;-) Wink Wink!!

Hi my name is Gwen Adams. I am a 47 year-old, proud Army wife and mother of three beautiful daughters. Although beautiful, childbirth left me with an abdomen that I was unable to rid myself of; no matter the exercise. That was my story for years, until the day I met my daughters' hairstylist. On the day of my procedure (May 2010), and enroute to Luxxery, I have to admit, I was afraid. In speaking with Carla, who's truly an angel, and Dr. Hakki, I started to get that feeling of comfort again and I had no doubt that I was in the right hands and would be taken care of.
After my procedure, I was happy it was over! Why you decided to use Dr. Hakki and Luxxery?
Mary and Bejamin: I was impressed with Dr. Hakki's experience and personality and the location was great!
How did you feel the day of your procedure?
Mary: The day for the procedure brought anxiety and much anticipation for getting through the experience. I was pumped up going in and felt fine throughout the process with a little discomfort but mostly numbing soreness afterwards.
How did you feel immediately after your procedure?
Mary: I was really sleepy and thankful for the nursing follow-up for the first 48 hours after surgery. My husband appreciated the help as he was not sure how to manage and go through the routine of post-operation.
Post Surgery: How did you feel a month later?
Mary: 1 to 2 months after surgery I could easily see the firmness in my body. Unfortunately I needed some small procedure at 6 months to tighten me up but was happy to do it and progress through the experience.
What feedback did you receive from your friends?
Mary: Friends and family were happy to see the transformation and changes. My husband summarizes as "Great experience. Dr. Hakki should continue to temper all patients that change is slow and recognizable. Emphasize women are beautiful before surgery. I found that Mary was much more focused on her great looking body after the procedure and changing that style to look outwardly and be confident and share with others was awkward the first 6 months."

Bejamin: It was a great transition from before and after pics and in person. She lost a whole person and is looking better than ever. This was a BIG surgery and she made it through and recovered great and looking great. She went from Jello to J-Lo. She can be on the commercials now to talk and express her experience. We are so proud of her and she looks amazing. Doc did a great job! I thought Mary look great, stunning, younger and she felt good about herself.

I Paid $350 in Waldorf, Maryland with Dr. H's Office. I had my peel in March 2010 and my skin was horrible before, no acne present but lots of acne scarring, dark spots from previous acne and I would not go out to the mailbox without foundation or allow my husband to see me without it, I even slept with it because I was ashamed of anyone seeing me - I am a beautiful woman but those scars actually made me look like I was ugly.
Days after I had my peel and my skin actually started peeling, I could go without makeup - it was so liberating. Go to my page on Facebook - Maria Smith (Marvelous Maria) and check me out. I'm going to get another one real soon. I don't understand these posts about the peels not being worth it, nothing these days costs what it's really worth anyway but I wonder if they would be saying the same thing if it was $50 - they would probably say it was fantastic then. "Here are the pictures I was telling you about.... There are two sets of pictures with me in a bikini ...before I got pregnant with Kamryn I weighed between 130 and 140. When I was pregnant I weighed 218!!! After I had Kamryn I dropped down to about 152 and I had saggy skin on my belly. My boobs use to be a B or C spending on the bra now I am a D or DD. I have tons of stretch marks EVERYWHERE. I had none before pregnancy.
I had my thyroid surgery and slowly started to put weight back on and sadly I am at 208lbs now. I have gained 30 of that just in past couple months. You know how I feel about my weight because I make comments all the time. I am so embarrassed by it that if I see people I know from high school, I hide.... I never go out; I have no clothes besides work clothes and jogging outfits.
